How much does a custom order cost?

The cost of a custom piece varies based on the design’s complexity, size, the number of colors involved, and anticipated hours of labor. Small to medium pieces may range between $20 - $200 while large pieces may range between $200 - $500 depending on the details.

Exact pricing can be tricky; however, I want you to know that I’m committed to working with you to find the best balance between quality and your budget. Together, we’ll create something amazing that fits your vision!

Do you provide the jackets for custom orders?

I don’t supply jackets for custom work due to everyone’s unique personal preferences. I recommend picking one that suits your style, has no seams running through the area for the design, and is not excessively thick (it has to fit under the footer of my machine). More information on this is below.

How long does it take to complete a custom order?

I recommend reaching out at least 3-4 months before you need your custom piece. However, if you’re in a time crunch, let me know, and I’ll do my best to accommodate a rush order. Keep in mind that your spot is only secured once the design deposit has been paid.

This length of time accounts for creating the initial design, making any adjustments, mailing of apparel if needed, and creation time. Additional time will be needed for shipping.

What is the return policy?

Unfortunately, I don’t offer returns or exchanges at this time. That said, if you have any concerns or questions about your order, feel free to reach out to me, and I’ll do my best to help!

Can you customize any type of garment?

I mainly work with jackets and shirts that fully open with buttons or snaps, so I have access to stitch the design. The best fabrics for chainstitching are 100% cotton, non-stretch denim, or thick canvas. Open-weave materials, burlap, or natural fibers are difficult, as the hook needle tends to get caught in them; please avoid these.

What if my package gets lost?

Once your order is in the hands of the postal service, I no longer have control over it. I typically ship through USPS. If you’re worried about potential loss or theft, let me know! We can add insurance or require a signature upon delivery for extra peace of mind.
