Hi everyone! I’m so excited you’re here. I’ve always been a bit of a sewing and embroidery machine nerd, but let me tell you, the first time I saw someone using a chainstitch machine, my mind was blown. It was like discovering you could color in a coloring book with thread! Traditional sewing? Meh. Too much pattern-cutting and boring, repetitive stitches for me. But chainstitching? That’s where the magic happens.
When it comes to creating designs, my trusty iPad and Procreate are my go-tos. I love playing around with ideas until I get that perfect look. And okay, sometimes when I’m just itching to stitch, I’ll find some cool designs online to practice with. What really gets me, though, is the whole meditative vibe of chainstitching. There’s something so relaxing about sitting at my machine, listening to it work, and watching the stitches come to life.
Each piece I make is totally unique because I steer the machine by hand, turning a handle under the table. It took me almost 80 hours to get the hang of it, but now it’s like second nature. Creativity and building things are in my blood—thanks, Dad! I put a lot of love and time into every single piece, and I hope you can feel that when you wear them.
